Filled with passion and professionalism, the first 2026 Qimingxing Trainee Camp of Consmos Group kicked off with vibrant youthful energy. Packed with team showcases, heartfelt remarks from the Group Chairman, mentorship ceremonies and multi-dimensional professional training, the program adopts a youth-oriented, practical and engaging training model to cultivate passionate, professional new-generation foreign trade backbones with ambition and drive.

At the opening, the head of the Group Human Resources Center outlined the camp arrangement. The 2026 Qimingxing Trainee Camp will run in four phases, featuring a comprehensive PK point incentive system. Points are awarded across five categories: attendance, in-class participation, homework completion, corporate culture sharing and actual order closing, aiming to nurture motivated, competent and results-driven new recruits dedicated to foreign trade.

New recruits brainstormed unique team names and inspiring slogans in advance for the showcase, which served as the first round of point competition with tiered point rewards for different rankings. Teams cheered for one another, embodying the proactive and upbeat spirit of young Consmos talents.

An outstanding young business representative from Linyi Consmos Import & Export Co., Ltd. shared a practical Foreign Trade Growth Manual with actionable development strategies.
Extra points were granted for active class participation and excellent test results, stimulating proactive thinking and consistent learning among participants.
