CONSMOS Group’s fourth session of the 2026 Rising Star Training Camp brought trainees together with senior instructors and high-performing peers for practical learning. The session covered exchange rates and customer risk, business etiquette, and the mindset needed to keep improving when results take time. Together, these lessons help new team members build the judgment, communication habits and persistence required in international trade.

Three courses connected professional knowledge with situations that sales teams encounter in their daily work.
Understanding exchange rates and customer risk. The Group’s Risk Control Director explained how currency movements can affect an order’s profit. Trainees were introduced to the 5Cs of credit assessment and AI agent tools for customer research, helping them ask better questions and examine potential risks before moving an order forward.
Practicing business etiquette across cultures. The Group’s Training Manager led a hands-on session built around first impressions. It covered language, behavior, customer reception, attire and personal presence, with attention to cultural expectations when working with buyers from different regions.
Staying focused during the early stages of a sales career. A rising sales representative from a CONSMOS Group import and export company shared a personal account of working through a period with few visible results. The speaker offered four practical steps: accept the gap between expectations and reality, break problems into smaller parts, learn with support from others, and keep taking action. As the speaker put it: “It’s okay to move slowly, but don’t stop. It’s okay to feel afraid, but don’t step back.”

Three trainees also reviewed how they won their first orders. Their accounts followed the work from finding potential customers and maintaining contact through to closing a deal. By sharing actual decisions, obstacles and small improvements, they gave fellow trainees examples they could apply in their own customer conversations.

The Rising Star Training Camp is one of CONSMOS Group’s four talent-development programs. Its four progressive sessions begin with company culture and business fundamentals, move into reviews of real work and results, and then deepen business skills and broader professional capabilities.
The Group’s “3+4” model brings together three learning formats—classroom instruction, mentor guidance and hands-on practice—across four areas: culture, knowledge, skills and professional qualities. Points-based learning challenges encourage trainees to participate and put lessons into practice.
The program also draws on the Group’s wider resources, including its AEO advanced certification, end-to-end supply chain and sales network reaching more than 180 countries and regions. These resources give new team members a stronger context for understanding cross-border orders and the buyers they serve.

Training is part of how CONSMOS develops its service team. The fourth session was designed to help new colleagues consider order risks more carefully, communicate with buyers from different cultures, learn from real sales cases and follow through when a solution takes time. These habits support clearer conversations about specifications, expectations and long-term cooperation.
